Privacy

We collect the following personal data to provide the Service: · Registration/login: email, password (stored encrypted), nickname, and preferred language. For social login (Google): the Google account identifier, email, name, and email-verification status. · Consent records: whether you agreed to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and marketing, with the time and version of consent. · Generated during use: posts you create such as recipes, your saves/likes/bookmarks, and last login time. · Automatically collected: cookies for maintaining your login session and language setting. Where third-party advertising (Google AdSense) is shown in the Service, advertising providers such as Google may collect cookies, advertising identifiers, IP address, and browser/device information to deliver and measure ads (see Section 10).

We use personal data to identify and authenticate members, provide and operate the Service, publish and manage user content, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and—where you have consented—provide marketing and information.

In principle we retain personal data until you withdraw your membership, and we destroy or anonymize it without delay upon withdrawal. Where retention is required by applicable law, we keep the data for the required period, and we may retain consent records to handle disputes.

We do not, as a rule, provide your personal data to outside parties. We do so only where there is a legal basis or where you have given prior consent.

To provide the Service reliably, we entrust processing as follows: · Amazon Web Services: cloud infrastructure and data storage (data is stored in the Republic of Korea region). · Google: social login authentication (token verification at login). No user personal data is sent when the Company generates or translates food information using artificial intelligence (AI).

Your personal data is stored and processed within the Republic of Korea (AWS Seoul region). Social login uses Google's authentication process, during which the Company does not separately store personal data overseas. In connection with third-party advertising shown in the Service, your browser may send cookies, advertising identifiers, IP address, and browser/device information directly to Google LLC (United States). This occurs when you view a screen containing ads, is transmitted online via your browser, and is used to deliver and measure ads and to prevent invalid clicks. Retention and handling of that information are governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw your membership directly in account settings. To exercise your rights, contact sikim@hivenet.kr.

Upon withdrawal, we delete or anonymize identifying data such as email, nickname, and password, and delete social-login links and saved items. Posts you created may be retained with the author information anonymized in order to maintain the Service.

We store important information such as passwords in encrypted form and apply reasonable safeguards, including access controls and access-log management.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and language setting. Some screen-state information is stored in your browser's local storage but is not used to identify you. We do not use separate third-party analytics tools. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense) may be displayed in the Service. Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. Information collected in that process is collected and processed directly by those providers, not by the Company. We do not provide your name, email, or other identifying information to advertising providers. · Opting out of personalized ads: you can opt out at Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), https://www.aboutads.info/choices, or https://www.youronlinechoices.eu. · You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as staying signed in may then be limited. · Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK are asked for consent before advertising cookies are used; without consent, personalized ads are not shown.
