Terms

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the K-Food Guide service (the "Service") provided by Hivenet Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

1. "Service" means the Korean food information guide and related features provided by the Company. 2. "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms. 3. "Member" means a user who has registered an account. 4. "Content" means information published on the Service and posts created by users (such as recipes).

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any amendment in advance, stating the effective date and the reason.

The Service provides descriptions, ingredients, cooking methods, and ordering phrases for Korean food in multiple languages. A significant portion of this information is generated and translated by artificial intelligence (AI) and is provided for reference only; the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness (see the Disclaimer for details).

Users may register as members via email or social login (Google). Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their account and credentials. Children under the age of 14 require the consent of a legal guardian.

Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms and must not: 1. Steal others' information or register false information; 2. Interfere with the operation of the Service or access systems without authorization; 3. Post false or unlawful information or content that infringes others' rights; 4. Collect data by automated means (crawling) without the Company's prior consent.

Rights to content created by users (such as recipes) belong to the author. However, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and translate such content for the purpose of providing, operating, and promoting the Service. The author is responsible for their content, and the Company may remove or hide content that violates law or its policies without prior notice.

The food information provided by the Service is for general reference. Matters relating to allergies, diet, or health must be confirmed directly with the restaurant or a professional. The Company is not liable for outcomes arising from a user's reliance on the information.

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary, and will announce material changes in advance.

Users may withdraw their membership at any time through account settings. The Company may restrict use or suspend or terminate an account if a user violates these Terms.

The Service is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, user fault, or the acts of third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to use of the Service shall be brought before the competent court as provided by applicable law.
